With heartfelt joy and gratitude, we announce the resounding success of our Centenary Concert – 百樂, held at the prestigious Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall by the Centenary Concert Organizing
Committee. This memorable evening marked not only a milestone in Wah Yan College, Kowloon’s centenary celebrations, but also a remarkable display of brotherhood, as alumni and current students joined hands to perform on the stage together.

Our sincere appreciation is extended to the WYK Old Boys' Music Association, whose steadfast support and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in sustaining and elevating our cherished musical tradition. Your commitment continues to inspire and bring generations of Wahyanite musicians as one.

We wish to express our deepest gratitude to all our performers, whose talent and devotion brought the concert to life. Special thanks are also due to our distinguished conductors, instructors, and teachers, Mr. Ronald Yeung and Mr. Wallace Ng, for their invaluable guidance and mentorship. We are equally grateful to our partner schools, Heep Yunn School and Maryknoll Convent School (Secondary Section), for their outstanding musical contributions and collaboration throughout the years.

A number of WYKAAO members are actively volunteering at charity organizations such as Mon Sheong Foundation which primarily serves the senior population in the community especially for their physical and mental well-being among many healthcare needs as they age.

We are excited to invite you to a special Escape Room + Drinks Gathering this June! This event offers a nostalgic Hong Kong-themed escape room experience followed by a casual drink session to reconnect with old friends and welcome new alumni.
🔹 Event Details:
📅 Date: June 21 (Saturday)
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
📍 Escape Room* Venue: Hong Kong After Dark (7501 Woodbine Ave Unit 7, Markham) [link]
🍹 After-Event Drinks: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (The Owl: A Firkin Pub; 7181 Woodbine Ave) [pin]
*Escape Room: A fun, interactive game where you and your team are 'locked' in a themed room. You’ll have to find clues, solve puzzles, and work together to escape—all before the time runs out!
🚗 Carpool Pickup: 2:00–2:15 PM @ Don Mills TTC Station (for those who need a ride) [pin]
🎟 Participation Fee: (Escape Room) $30 per person [original fee: $65; WYKAAO sponsoring $35]
🔹 Group Size: Limited to 10 participants for the escape room
🔹 Goal: A balanced mix of established and newly arrived alumni (4-6 each)
After the escape room, we welcome all interested alumni to join the post-event drinks gathering, even if you didn’t participate in the escape room!
