WYKAAO and the University of Hong Kong Alumni organized a friendly table tennis match on Monday February 20 at Canadian Chinese Table Tennis Association. Each side fielded three teams of ten players playing all doubles matches. Three hours of exciting games were followed by a dim sum lunch at a nearby restaurant. Click here to see more pictures.
Hong Kong Joint Schools Alumni Association (HKJSAA) was celebrating Chinese New Year on Saturday February 18 at Golden Court Abalone Restaurant with karaoke, wine tasting followed by dinner. Close to 170 alumni, families and guests from different schools attended the fun-filled dinner with games, performances and lucky draws. Click here to see more pictures. 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Mah-jong ($5 per person)
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Wine Tasting ($10 per person)*
7:00 pm Dinner ($45 per person)
All activities will be held in Golden Court Abalone Restaurant 黃金閣 (270 West Beaver Creek Rd, Richmond Hill). Please click here to register the event(s) that you would like to attend, by February 1.
* Wine Tasting - a winery from Niagara region will introduce one white and two red wines plus icewine to the participants. The cost includes cheese, grapes and crackers that will be available to go with the tasting.
