Subject: A Call To Reconnect
Both of us believe the 57’ class was very unique in the history of the Waterloo Road WYK. In our case, we opted to transfer from the Robinson Road WYHK PM School to the brand new WYK on Waterloo Road in 52 simply because of its impressive buildings and beautiful grounds. Since the PM school closed shortly after, there were quite a few others who also transferred. So, the 57’ class at graduation was made up of both former WYHK PM and Nelson Street WYK students. We remember Ho Nim Cho mentioned that he and our dear friend Philip Lo Oi Lun came from the Nelson Street WYK.
Class '57 Reunion/WYKAAO Networking Dinner

Over 40 people attended the Class '57 Reunion/WYKAAO Networking dinner on July 18th. Dr. Desmond Wong gave a presentation on cancers with some professional and enlightening viewpoints on the topic. The audience has already requested him back next year for a follow-up talk. Mr. Anthony Ho gave an update on the latest development of education system in Hong Kong, leading to the Fr. Kelly Fund and the latest exhibitions of the Cradle of New Chinese Ink Painting Movement in Toronto. Classmates of '57 and other WYKAAO members mingle and chat while enjoying a delicious dinner in a warmest atmosphere. Click here to view the pictures.

Class of 1957 held a mini-reunion on 31 July in Toronto. Present were Mr. & Mrs. Desmond Wong (from Hawaii), Louis Lau, David Yeung, Paul Yick, Lawrence Ko, Phillip Kam, Mr. & Mrs. Tom Poon, Mr. & Mrs. Donald Ng, Mr. & Mrs. Ken Lo, Sonny (1960) & Patsy Sie.
